While your focus will primarily be on commercial litigation, any experience in insolvency would certainly be advantageous.

We're looking for someone who's more than just a legal professional; you're a Solicitor/CILEX with a minimum of four years' robust experience in dispute resolution.

You're accustomed to taking the reins on your own cases, delivering top-notch client care while also providing vital support to senior lawyers in navigating complex, high-stakes commercial disputes within the High Court.

You'll also play a pivotal role in executing our Department's Business Development Plan, showcasing your knack for cultivating new client relationships and contributing to the growth of our department.
