Committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for our students, we are currently seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team.

Role Overview: As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) classroom.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant EYFS qualification at least at level 2 for ratios and will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to a child with additional needs, as well as assisting in the general classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:Provide one-to-one support to a child with additional needs, assisting them in their learning and development.

Support the EYFS classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.

Assist with the preparation and organisation of classroom materials and resources.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.

Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for all students.

Requirements:Relevant EYFS qualification at least at level 2 for ratios.

Previous experience working with young children, preferably within an educational setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
