The Role:

• Develop and maintain online merchandising strategies across the Whittard websites.
• Optimising product listings, imagery and descriptions to drive sales.
• Using analytics to drive strategies and monitor customer behaviours and conversion rates.
• Working alongside the Ecommerce Manager to continuously explore improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the wider Ecommerce and Creative Team to develop product descriptions and media assets to enhance the online shopping experience.

About You:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Ecommerce role, preferably with a focus on product merchandising and analytics.
• Proven experience in using online analytics tools to optimise sales and customer experience.
• Knowledge of CMS/Ecommerce platforms.
• Confident in understanding customer behaviour, ecommerce trends and merchandising best practices.
• Understanding of HTML is desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate with internal and external partners.
