Our client, based in the North Manchester area, are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to start ASAP.The salary for the role will pay up to £45,000 per annum & hours of work are 8-5pmHaving recently expanded, they are now looking to recruit an Electrical Design Engineer with immediate effect. A more detailed job description can be provided on application, but please find some details below:Duties:* Preparing electrical schematics as well as GA layout drawings.* Involved from taking initial quote, pricing up role and seeing through to completion.* Prepare bill of materials for client and enter on to ERP system* Convert line diagrams and written requirements in to a quote for the customer.* Liaise with different departments internally, including Shopfloor, Projects, Finance whilst also keeping the customer up to date.Requirements/Experience:* Qualification in Electrical Engineering and solid electrical design engineer experience.* Ability to interact with customer and conversant with Excel/Outlook packages.If you feel you are well suited to the Electrical Design position, please apply with your full updated CV.
