My client is a family run M&E Contractor and want to hear from you.As Electrical Project Manager, you will manage commercial and residential projects from cradle to grave ranging from £50k to £2million in value. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the clients satisfaction. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Work closely with the design and estimating teams• Procurement of labour / materials• Oversee a team of electricians / engineers• Ensure on-site health & safety is adhered to via frequent risk assessments• Oversee testing and inspection• Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricingThe successful candidate will likely have experience managing Commercial and/or Residential to the value of at least £200k. You will be a strong communicator, experienced at leading teams to success ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
