ElectricianHammersmithUp To £42,000Van & fuel CardMy client are looking for an Electrician to join their repairs/maintenance team based out of their HAmmersmith officeKey Accountabilities will include:Undertaking repair/ renewal works within your Electricians remit and work with associated tradesEnsure maintenance work is undertaken safely and in accordance with all technical standardsCommunicate effectively with residents, scheduler and line managerWork safely and in compliance with Health & Safety and safeguarding requirementsRemain up-to-date with technical and legal requirements of skill areaWorking in partnership with other operatives to complete repairs, if requiredCompleting time sheets work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken, via a PDARequirements: 18th EditionLevel 2 & 3 - City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3Inspection & Testing 2391 Driving LicenseSocial Hosuing expereinceIf you are interested in finding out more, please contact (url removed)Build Recruitment Limited acts as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary workers and an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
