We are offering a great opportunity for an experienced Electronics Test Engineer to work for a growing company where innovation and originality are rewarded.

Based in Thatcham, our client is offering a salary of up to 38k pa DOE, great staff benefits and the opportunity to work with a skilled team to drive efficiency and success.

This leading distributer is looking for orginality so if you are someone who feels like their ideas aren't being heard, then this could be the role for you!

In addition to heading up changes, the successful Electronics Test Engineer will be responsible for visually inspecting and testing parts, identifying faults and counterfeit products all the way down to component level.

While the general day will be varied, the main responsibilities will include:• Testing capacitance and resistance using LCR meter• X-Ray internal structures of electronic devices • XRF to determine material make-up• Chemical and heated decapsulation• Keeping detailed records and photographic evidenceWe would like to connect with anyone with an electronics back-ground who:• Can identify, diagnose and rectify a variety of faults • Has practical experience using X-Rays, LCR's • Is able to conduct and write test reports• Possesses a reliable mode of transportIn return the Electronics Test Engineer will be offered:• A salary of £38k p/a depending on experience• Career progression opportunities• Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5.
