Employment Solicitor/Associate (0-5 years PQE)
£45,000 - £65,000 FTE
Oculus are currently working with a very well respected legal practice, with multiple offices across the North West of England.
They have a strategic growth plan, which has seen them bolster their team with a number of experienced Partner hires in recent times.
Required experience in a broad range of Employment matters, including but not limited to:
- Contracts of Employment
- Grievance and Disciplinary procedures
- Termination of Employment (to include dismissals and redundancies)
- HR Advisory work
- Discrimination claims
- Settlement Agreements
