This is an important role in their fast-growing company to allow smooth R&D and production work and to revolutionise the future.Required skills:Hands on experience as equipment engineer in chemical/semiconductor manufacturing environment (wet etch equipment will be advantage)Understanding of electronic and mechanical principlesProven problem-solving skillsGood communication skills, both in writing and verballyDegree / HND in scientific / Engineering discipline or F.E Qualification OR equivalent experienceExperience in maintaining equipmentStrong training skills and technical familiarity with product and equipmentFluid dynamics or thermal modelling experiences preferredFork lift license desirable Key Responsibilities:Develop and upgrade cleanroom environment and facilities to allow R&D and production workPerform equipment upgrade from proof-of-concept (e.g. drawing) to executionAnalyse equipment breakdowns and develop corrective actions accordinglySustain continuous improvement to enhance equipment reliability and scalabilityDevelop preventive maintenance procedures to reduce equipment breakdownsDevelop troubleshooting procedures to reduce machine downtimeSetup and commission new equipmentCarry out equipment and the facility systems maintenance to allow minimal interruption to productionUpgrade the cleanroom environment to allow effective production process Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, pension plan and more.
