Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a leading specialist company who are looking for an Estimating Manager.
The company design and install specialist products for the construction industry.
This role will be to manage a team and ensure competitive tenders are delivered and won.
The Estimating Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing a team of estimators
- Liasing with sales to provide accurate estimated and support the winning of projects
- Preparing specifications, drawings and visuals
- Drive and manage timescales within the team
- Negotiation with suppliers and developing the supply chain
The Estimating Manager will need:
- A good level of experience of estimating withing the construction industry
- Experience of managing and developing teams
- Good negotiation skills
- Experience of leading and influencing others
- Experience of using CAD
