Role Overview:As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of examinations by supervising and monitoring students during their assessments.

You will ensure that exams are conducted according to strict regulations and guidelines, creating a fair and secure environment for all candidates.

Responsibilities:Set up examination venues in accordance with established procedures.

Greet students and assist them with finding their seats.

Distribute exam materials and instructions.

Monitor students during exams to prevent cheating or misconduct.

Handle any disruptions or irregularities that may arise during the exam.

Collect and secure completed exam papers.

Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout the examination process.

Requirements:NO formal qualifications required – all training provided!

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to remain vigilant for extended periods.

Reliability and punctuality.

Ability to follow instructions and adhere to strict guidelines.

Flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis during exam periods.
