To help to support and deliver our “Great” services to our customers we are looking for an experienced and established Executive Assistant to join our FCHO family.  This role will support our CEO and when required provide additional support to our three Executive Directors.  Based at our spacious modern offices in the centre of Oldham you will be on hand to support our CEO and executive team in a busy but friendly office environment.    What you bringAs a seasoned professional Executive Assistant, your main goal is to support our CEO in their delivery of FCHO’s strategic objectives.  You should be highly confident at communicating at all levels, be excellent at planning, prioritising, organisation and have great time management skills together with the ability to sometimes thinks 3 steps ahead!  You should be resilient and a self-starter who can provide all the support needed during this exciting time at FCHO!Your written and verbal communication skills need to be exceptional with the ability to produce high-quality minutes and proven experience of working at CEO and Board level. You will be able to build relationships & connect with stakeholders across our organisation with a can-do attitude that promotes and drives our high customer service focus.Your high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to anticipate the needs of our CEO or executives, will hold you in high regard with the team but you should also be able to work autonomously and provide solutions where you can.
