Recruitment Coordinator in Wrexham

We are looking to hire a Recruitment Coordinator who would like to develop into a Consultant position through a hands-on training programme.

This role would suit someone with some corporate work experience who is seeking a long-term career path.

Main duties include:

• Supporting Consultants with open vacancies
• Talking to candidates about their job search
• Uncovering potential candidates and highlighting suitable job opportunities
• Updating records on the CRM and maintaining compliance
• Social media posts
• Answering incoming calls and inquiries
• Writing job adverts
• Streamlining processes
• Adhoc duties and projects as required

Are you suitable?

This is a full-time, permanent position.

You will be required to work on-site with some flexibility one day a week.

Other experience and attributes required for the opportunity include:

• Experience with talking to customers/people in a professional environment
