Facilities Manager in London

Role - Roving Facilities ManagerLocation- Central London (covering 11 commercial properties around London)Salary- £40k + £3,600 car allowance (£43,600 package)Your role as a Facilities Manager:You will be assigned a portfolio of 11 commercial properties in Central London. You will be responsible for overseeing PPM, reactive maintenance and H&S compliance of sites whilst managing the subcontractors.Your duties and responsibilities as a Facilities Manager:Managing a portfolio of 11 Commercial properties around Central London for a well-established property management organisation.Responsible for setting and reconciliation of service charge budgetsEnsure consistent building management maintenance including management of contractors relating to PPM and reactive worksResponsible for H&S compliance of sites including LOLER inspections, fire risk assessmentsMonitor contractor performance through SLA'S and KPI'sConduct H&S risk assessments of sites and complete site inspections Construction design and management (CDM) Regulations - to identify works that should be managed in accordance with the requirements of the CDM regulations and ensure that a principal contractor is appointed to undertake all the requirements under CDMTenant management- liaise regularly with all tenants to keep them informed of actions, work and activities associated with the day to day running of the building, includingTo be successful in your role, you should have the following skills and experience:Proven experience in setting and managing service charge budgetsExperience managing a multi-site commercial property portfolioH&S experience of compliance of sites E.g LOLER and fire riskAbility to complete multiple site visits each week to multiple property portfolio in Central LondonIf you would like to discuss this role further please contact Jade Whitmore on (phone number removed) / At Gleeson Recruitment Group, we embrace inclusivity and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.
