About the role
IVC has grown to become the UK’s largest veterinary group. Our spirit of supporting local leadership and clinical freedom requires us to provide multi-faceted support which optimises practice performance and effectiveness. We have a new role due to growth as a Facilities Manager looking after 2 regions within the UK (South West and the South East). This is a role that will support the UK business and practices to improve working environments, improve compliance and profitability.
This role will require regular travel to clinic within your region 2-3 days a week .

What we are looking for in you
We're looking for previous experience in:
Experience in a responsive repairs & maintenance environment.
Experience of managing budgets/capital and operational expenditure.
Experience/knowledge of Principal Contractor duties under CDM regulations.
