This impressive legal advice charity has been providing much need support to the Norfolk for over 40 years and secured a bid for legal aid work which will commence later this year.

They are looking for a Family Law Solicitor to lead the legal aid contract work and team, and to work alongside the other Solicitors, Paralegals, Trainees and support staff already working for the organisation in family, children and domestic abuse matters.

The successful candidate will supervise the new Legal Aid Agency contract, to provide specialist legal advice, casework and advocacy at court to people who would otherwise have to represent themselves.

Working with the Family Service Manager, the successful applicant will help to develop practices to ensure that the charity can make a real difference to people who have been the victim of Domestic Abuse.

Working patterns are extremely flexible dependant on diary commitments and a hybrid model of office and home working is available within this forward-thinking, inclusive and important charity.

In addition to the employed teams the charity also runs a very successful volunteer scheme of 50 law students who are also on hand to assist as and when required.
