Apply NowWorking for a specialist robotic packaging equipment company the Field Service Engineer will travel to client sites across the UK to perform reactive and preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment.
Candidates must have excellent mechanical skills ideally with bagging, weighing and handling equipment experience.
The role: Full-time based at client sites you will work with single man operations to multinational blue chip companies.
Responsible for troubleshooting, technical support, preventive maintenance, and customer service.
Interacting with customers, engineers, and other staff to ensure efficient and effective resolution of issues.
Training on company equipment will be givenSaying out overnight up to 2 nights per week is a feature of this role What's required: Field Service experience and Technical Support skillsA relevant technical diploma or an engineering degree will be requiredExperience of troubleshooting and Preventive MaintenanceGood communication and customer facing skills able to project a good image for the companyAbility to work independently and as part of a team is prerequisiteMust have strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience working in the packaging or automation industry is an advantageA Full UK Driving License is essential What's on offer: Salary Negotiable depending on experienceCompany van, mobile phone etc.
