Field Service Manager in Bourton

We are looking for a Lift Manager to join our well-established Ringwood Branch.

As the Field Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and exceeding business goals.

Day to day you'll lead a team of skilled Lift Engineers working on Industrial lifts.

Guiding them towards successfully achieving our Business Plan targets for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), LOLER defects, and call-outs within our branch's designated area.

You'll have the opportunity to shape and inspire your team.

Ensuring that they consistently deliver exceptional service that aligns with our company values and Health and Safety standards.

This job is a great opportunity for an experienced Lift Manager or Lift Engineer looking to progress into a management role.

The successful candidate will be based from our Ringwood Service branch, however, travel throughout the South of England is to be expected therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.
