The role

As a Finance Administrator, you'll be integral to our team, managing financial admin tasks and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities include processing invoices, managing accounts, and coordinating with clients and vendors. Attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential.

What will you be doing?

  • Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in financial reporting and analysis as needed.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in an administrator role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
