You will be responsible for overseeing your own company ledgers, from transactional input, payment runs & intercompany recharges, balance sheet reconciliations, bank & credit card recs, and draft management accounts. All whilst maintaining the integrity of the information and timetable.Benefits:Wellbeing coachCompany pensionTown Centre office spacePAYEE rewards programme including high street discountsWeekly PayDetails of Payroll Administrator: Salary: £30K-33K per AnumLocation: BirminghamHours: 37 hours per week, 09:00am-17:00pm Responsibilities & Duties include:Oversee monthly supplier payment runs and sign off reconciliationBeing responsible for all transactions - ensuring no bad data, all payments on account are rectified in a timely fashion and VAT invoices have been posted correctlyAssist Finance Manager to ensure all bank postings are reconciled and relevantEscalate supplier queries with purchasing manager and suppliers.Assist Finance Manager in validating data shown in month end packsIntercompany reconciliations - liaise with other company Finance AssociatesProcess and validate all recharge accounts back to the groupSupport credit controller with queriesFull balance sheet reconciliationsMonthly reporting of KPI'sMaintain integrity of all information & support Finance Manager in management accounts providing commentaryOther general & ad-hoc duties when required RequirementsPurchase, sales and transnational handlingFinance & nominal experience essentialDebtor, Creditor & Ledger knowledgeStrengths of closely controlling a month end timetableStrong reporting experience - clear and precise information givenExcellent organisational skills requiredAbility to work independently is importantSage experience is necessaryMinimum 2 years' experience in an all-round finance experience essentialKnowledge of a MRP system - Sigma would be advantageousCIS experience would be essentialUnderstanding of Engineering processes would be an advantageStrong communication skills
