RoleoverviewWe are looking for aFinance Director to lead our strategic commercial financeoperations ensuring our longterm financial sustainability andsuccess. Working directly with the Publitek Board and reporting tothe CEO you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financialdirection of our business. You will promote sustainable growth andsupport us in achieving our ambitious growth targets and realisingour margin potential.
While this is a proactiveand strategic role you will also ensure that reactive reporting isdelivered promptly our management accounts are managed effectivelyand all deadlines are consistently met.

As a Finance Director atPublitek youwill:Conductindepth financial analysis and provide insights into financialperformance pricing structures cost structures and revenuegenerationopportunities
Lead bothbudgeting and forecasting processes driving accuracy andaccountability and ensuring plans align with our strategicgoals
Take a proactivestance on analysing financial data to respond to challenges inrealtime and predict future trends before theyhappen
Understand ourbusiness the markets we operate in and the challenges our clientsface in order to consult with the widerteam
Take a truly globalview of the business ensuring consistency of processes across allgeos and standardising financial reporting helping us to deliverour vision of operating as OnePublitek
Take overallresponsibility for the preparation and presentation of timely andaccurate financial reporting ensuring business leaders have thedata they need to aiddecisionmaking
Manage dailyfinancial operations using the existing team and outsourced financeteam in India and continually look for ways to improvethem
Work with Next15 andthe shared services team to ensure all Publiteks needs are met.Also manage the relationship with Next15 building relationshipswith key Group stakeholders and effectively managing communicationand hitting deadlines
BringIT services HR and finance together in more of an operationscapacity to ensure we have all the right support functions in placeto enable seamlessgrowth
Continue to build andlead our finance team encouraging a culture of collaborationaccountability and continuous improvement including teamdevelopment andupskilling
Ensure compliancewith financial regulations in all regions where the group operatesglobally
Work with the Boardto identify potential M&A opportunities and supporteffective integration with newbusinesses
Promote greaterfinancial and commercial knowledge across the business train peopleon the importance of profitability utilisation and how we as abusiness
Help developpricing models and strategies for future products and servicesincluding SaaS models and how these compare to peoplebased servicespricing
Maximise workingcapital and debt management across the Publitek balance sheetensuring that on a monthly basis our position is both understoodand optimised
Network withpeers inside and outside of the N15 group to share and understandbest practice and how this can be brought intoPublitek
Experiencein a finance leadership position at a marketing servicesconsultancy/solution provider across multiple globallocations
The demonstratedability to drive financial results andgrowth
Accountingqualifications like ACA ACCA CIMA orequivalent
Proficiency infinancial software and tools including implementation of newsoftware/tools to enhance the financial and commercial businessprocesses
