Seymour John is partnering with a £200m+ international manufacturer who seek to recruit a Senior Accountant to oversee and manage the Accounts Payable.

Accounts Receivable, Treasury and Banking functions with a team of 4 reporting.

This is a newly created role, and you will report to an experienced and qualified Finance Manager and will join a stable finance function with 4 fully qualified accountants and many with 10+ years’ experience.

They seek to recruit a candidate who in time, can develop and expand their experience to be fully trained in all aspects of the finance function to include management accounting and projects.

You will be responsible Month End / Year End financial statement creation.

It is essential all deadlines are achieved.

Yu will have a keen eye for detail and always be open minded to continuously improve processes for preparing financial statements.

Coordinate sections for reporting and period / year end close and be a relevant point of contact for the statutory audit.

You will ideally be a qualified accountant, but my client is open minded to considering PQ / QBE candidates.
