Financial Controller in UK

Sellick Partnership are recruiting a Financial Controller to lead the development and continuous improvement of a fast growth division, within a well established, globally recognised organisation.

The Financial Controller will have autonomy to drive process improvement across systems and controls as well as full responsibility for the day to day accounting of the division.

You will have great exposure to SLT and gain a number of quick win projects to establish yourself in the business as a true value add individual.

There is ambition to drive growth, truly understand the cost centres of the business and drive commercial decision making and expansion, leading to future opportunities to grow and advance in your career as the Financial Controller and beyond.

The Role

• Drive continuous improvement across systems, controls and process
• Lead a small team, with the view of growing
• Senior Stakeholder Management – CFO, Head of Commercial
• Increase reporting efficiencies in SAP
• OPEX reporting
• Document processes

The Financial Controller will ideally come from a qualified background (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with a drive to deliver best in class accounting function from month end, audit, cost analysis and team development.

You will enjoy a focus on continuous improvement and looking for an organisation that can advance their career through internal promotions, under high calibre mentors.

This role would suit someone with 4+ years PQE, has spent time in a FMCG or Manufacturing business as a finance manager or financial controller and looking to take the next step in a well financially backed division, with full backing of the board.

Whats on Offer

In return for your commitment, dedication and contribution to making a fantastic team even better, you will receive an attractive salary £70,000 - £80,000 plus a car allowance, bonus and extensive benefits.
