FinTech Recruitment Consultant
Base salary of £25k Commission structure up to 50% OTE of £50k in year one 12-week training programme Company holiday incentives to locations such as Dubai, Las Vegas, and South Africa Quarterly lunch clubs to Michelin Star restaurants Clear progression structure from trainee to partner Dress down office 2 days work from home 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shut down Winning new clients through business development Building and maintaining good relationships with clients Headhunting candidates through LinkedIn Interviewing candidates and preparing them for further interviews with clients Being the middleman between the two sides Negotiating contracts Degree educated in any discipline Team player Resilient Hard-working Driven and ambitious Wants to be successful
