Responsibilities:

  • You will support the Store Management to inspire and coach the team
  • Lead by example to deliver excellence.
  • KPI driven and commercially aware of the business performance
  • Embrace high standards of visual excellence
  • Create customer loyalty and stay connected
  • Support, respect, and coach your fellow crocodiles
  • Assure the performance of the store as well as customer satisfaction
  • Promote the culture and values ​​of the company within the team

A successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role, within the Fashion/Luxury sector
  • Dynamic approach, like to work in a team
  • Leadership skills
  • Performance and results-oriented
  • Committed to apply LACOSTE’S values (Play by Daring, Play with Elegance, Play as one Team, Play with Tenacity)
  • Honest with a can-do attitude
  • Patience, with the desire to help others
  • Knowledge of one or more foreign language(s) is a plus for this position
