Forklift Driver - £13.27 per hour - based in Fishponds, Bristol - benefits include 28 days holiday, Pension, Bonus, on-site parking. This is a permanent role working a late shift Monday to Thursday - hours are 1.30pm to Midnight (11.30pm on Thurs)We are recruiting a Forklift Driver to join a leading and well established manufacturing company based in Fishponds, Bristol. Working as part of a busy warehouse and production team, this role will be reporting to the Warehouse Manager.The successful Forklift Driver will have a current Counterbalance licence and be willing to undertake training for a Pivot Steer / Bendi licence - you will also have worked within a busy warehouse or distribution environment. Duties will include:Supplying materials to shop floorTaking finished goods from shop floor and putting stock awayLabelling productsStock countingSome despatch work and loading vehiclesWaste managementGeneral warehouse duties The successful Forklift Driver will have previously worked in a similar environment and have a steady work history - a Bendi / Pivot Steer licence would be ideal, however our client will consider candidates with a Counterbalance licence and will provide training to do a conversion for Bendi licence. You will enjoy working as part of a team, but also be able to work on your own and use your initiative. The ability to remain calm under pressure is essential.This is a temp to perm opportunity to start as soon as possible.
