My client are one of the UK's foremost independently owned construction companies specialising in build, residential, infrastructure, and FM services. They deliver projects across the entirety of the UK.They are seeking a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Facilities Management division on a project in Durham, which is valued at £2m.As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, your role will include:Measure and estimate accurately and efficientlyControl cost and maximise valueMitigate risk using correct contractual proceduresProduce accurate monthly valuations on timeAccess, value, and process labour and subcontractor payments, resolving any disputes promptlyManage workforce and client for the projectAchieve best cashflow and variance analysisReport on opportunities, risk, and performance of the projectSalary: The rate for this role is £350 per day.Apply: If you're interested in this opportunity, then please get in touch today with our Commercial Specialist Mark Harris, or apply with your CV.
