Role Details:
- Position: Service & Breakdown Engineer
- Location: West London postcodes
Responsibilities:
- Work within domestic social housing properties.
- Perform all aspects of boiler services and breakdowns.
- Provide gas safety certificates.
- Jobs assigned through a PDA (no chasing for work).
- Excellent customer service and punctuality are essential.
Requirements:
Suitable candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- 5 years of experience(Social Housing Required).
- ACS Certifications(HTR1 & CKR1).
- Valid Driving License.
- Passport.
- Clean DBS.
Compensation:
- Salary: Up to£40,000 - £42,000.
- Working Hours: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm.
- Call Outs: Once a month, paid additionally.
- 28-33 days holiday(Including bank holidays).
- Company Van and Fuel Card, including private use.
- Flue Gas Analyserprovided.
- Cycle to Work scheme, which could save you around 40% on cycles and accessories.
