Then we’ve got an exciting opportunity for you to join our KFC team on the Clifton Moor Retail Park in York as a General Manager

You will be known as a Restaurant General Manager or RGM

Our General Managers not only run our restaurants, but you are an authentic brand ambassador who also happens to love our chicken and chips. Our General Managers have a wealth of experience coming from a variety of backgrounds and you will partner with your Area Coach and rest of your management team to run the restaurant like your own but also continue to develop yourself and your team!

You will not only be joining the KFC team but the Soul Foods family. Soul Foods Group of Companies is a family-owned business, established in the UK but now with an established portfolio in Canada, comprising of four global brands, KFC, Starbucks, Burger King (in Canada) and Taco Bell, totalling over 400 Restaurants.

What will you do?

• The Colonel’s Family is our ‘other’ secret! We like to think of our people as the 12th ingredient of our famous recipe
• Every Guest Leaves Happy is about ensuring we treat every guest like a friend in our home
• Show me the.. Chicken Sales! as the General Manager, you plan for every opportunity to make every occasion a potential fried chicken occasion
• Mo’Money? No problem if you have ever wondered how a business works then the experience doesn’t get better than this!

What do you need?

• Experience of leading and developing a team in an operational, fast-paced environment
• Drive, passion, and a natural energy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proof of right to work in the UK on a full time, permanent basis - we are not able to consider candidates that require sponsorship or are on student/post study visas.
