Global Training Specialist in UK

We are partnered with a global medical device company who are expanding their training division to enable an experienced global engineer to spearhead the training strategy and execution worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs, incorporating digital e-learning materials, training videos, and live webinars.
• Conduct hands-on technical training on various medical equipment for the global engineering team.
• Assist individual learners in enhancing their skills to reach their full potential.
• Provide feedback to design and product management teams based on insights gained during training sessions.
• Gather evidence to feedback to the teams regarding failures and potential improvements.
• Ensure training equipment and facilities are maintained and repaired as needed to remain in the most optimal condition.
• Represent the company professionally to customers, distributors, and engineers.
• Consistently uphold high standards of conduct.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a minimum of 3 years of experience as a trainer in engineering / medical devices.
• Demonstrated experience with e-learning platforms and blended learning.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Background as a trainer, teacher, or in a similar role.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to travel up to 1 time a month worldwide to deliver training.
