Role Accountabilities:

As a Sales Executive, your main requirements include the ability to build strong relationships with our existing customer base, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude, and consistently demonstrating empathy and patience. Multitasking is crucial, as is having strong time management skills. Effective negotiation and communication skills are also essential.

Your responsibilities as a Graduate Account Manager will involve providing exceptional customer service, handling incoming inquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience, reaching out to our expanding customer base to inform them about the services offered by CSG, and retaining our loyal customers. You will also be responsible for forwarding customer orders to our depots across the country, striving to achieve your sales targets, and regularly updating our CRM package.
