Navado are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the team an award-winning IT and Engineering Recruitment agency based in Bristol.

Recruitment is rapidly developing a reputation as the go-to industry for Graduates or sales professionals looking for a fast-paced environment with unparalleled earning and progression potential.

Our client was founded in 2005 and currently sitting at 200 employees in Bristol HQ, London and Miami will lots of aggressive hiring over the next 5 years globally to reach 500 employees.

The markets they cover are IT, Engineering, Construction, Energy and Public Sector.

The role of a Recruitment Consultant will involve a blend of sales and consultation, not to mention rewarded fun along the way.

What does the role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant involve?

• Business development and lead generation
• Working to daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Building a client and candidate base
• Gaining a client brief on candidate requirements
• Regular meetings with both clients and candidates to build rapport
• Source candidates via headhunting, advertising, networking, and social media
• Screening and interviewing suitable candidates
• Arranging the interview then closing the deal

What money and incentives will you receive being a Recruitment Consultant?

• Basic Salary of £25,000 per annum
• OTE = £45K year 1, £70k year 2, £100k+ year 3
• Early finish on Friday's
• Flexible and home working
• Clear opportunities for progression with clear pre-defined career path
• Quarterly incentives - lunch clubs
• Annual trips to Barcelona, Ibiza and Morocco

What training will you receive?

All new starters take part in a structured 12 week training programme, which will provide you with all the skills to become a 360 recruitment consultant.

You will receive training from an award-winning team of recruitment trainers - one of the best recruitment trainers in the market and will receive 1.

1 coaching on an ongoing basis.
