Head of Payroll - Surrey - £65000 - £80000 p.a + Benefits

A successful financial services provider with huge growth potential are seeking to hire a Head of Payroll for their Surrey office to take overall responsibility for the strategic development, management and P&L for their UK outsourcing function across.

You will be responsible for:

• The day to day management and development of the UK payroll bureau team.
• Ensuring that all payroll SLA's are adhered to.
• Owning the over financial responsibility for the payroll service.
• Improving current payroll processes and procedures seeking to automate where possible.
• Building strong internal and external relationships

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Payroll Bureau Management experience preferably within an LLP
• Managed a large payroll team.
• UK & Global payroll experience.
• A confident personality, used to training and developing payroll teams.
• A CIPP qualification
