Position Overview:

Research and Development specialising in Nicotine Products, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing formulations for next-generation nicotine delivery systems.

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to developing groundbreaking products aimed at improving the lives of individuals seeking effective smoking cessation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the formulation development of nicotine mini lozenges, ensuring efficacy, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pharmacologists, chemists, and regulatory affairs experts, to drive product development from concept to commercialization.
3. Design and execute experiments to assess product stability, bioavailability, and performance.
4. Stay abreast of industry trends, scientific advancements, and regulatory changes related to nicotine delivery systems.
5. Contribute to the writing of research reports, patent applications, and regulatory documentation.

Qualifications:

1. PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in the development of pharmaceutical or over-the-counter products, with a focus on oral delivery systems.
3. Expertise in formulation development, analytical techniques, and quality control processes.
4. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical product development.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in nicotine or smoking cessation product development.
2. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards.
