Ingenii Search are currently seeking a highly motivated Head of QA to lead a dynamic team in the biopharma industry.

As the Head of QA, you will be responsible for driving the testing best practices.

Managing the risk to avoid the need to test.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the QA function and inspiring teams.

Duties :

• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of QA professionals working within their scrum teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Define clear roles and responsibilities within the QA team, promote professional development opportunities, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Develop comprehensive manual testing strategies, test plans, and test cases to validate software functionality, usability, and performance.
• Evaluate, implement, and oversee automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency, scalability, and reliability (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestComplete).
• Integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline to support continuous integration, deployment, and delivery of software solutions.
• Manage the risk to avoid the need to test.

Experience :

• Experience in quality assurance or software testing roles within the biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare IT industry
• Profound understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, quality assurance principles, and regulatory standards applicable to the biopharmaceutical sector.
• Proven expertise in both manual and automated testing techniques, tools, and frameworks, with hands-on experience in test automation scripting (e.g., Python, Java).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functional teams.
• Experience with software validation, risk management, and regulatory compliance in a regulated environment.
