The Helpdesk Customer Support Agent will contribute to our well-performing Chat customer service adding value to our customer.

The RoleWe’re undergoing a technology transformation, so we need to resource up our UK CRC (Client Relationship Centre) to support the increased chat demand.

You will support customer on multiple channels, including Chat and Social Media.

As part of this role, the Helpdesk Customer Support Agent will: * Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.

* Record events and problems and their resolutions.

* Liaise with Client; work hand in hand with JLR individuals and teams.

* Ensure all correct processes and procedures are followed.

In your first 90-days you will: * Meet everyone in our team * Attend our corporate induction * Be introduced to our Purpose, Vision and Mission * Learn our Values and Behaviours and embed them into your role * Be set goals and objectives aligned to the MSX strategy * Learn about the UK market and our brands (Range Rover, Discovery, Defender, Jaguar)About youThis is an excellent opportunity for a technically confident individual, who can hit the ground running and has great interpersonal and communications skills.

Our ideal Helpdesk Customer Support Agent will have: * Customer service/call centre experience * Good problem-solving skills and communication skills.

* Basic knowledge of PC and MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint etc.

* A keen interest in technology, keeping abreast of advances and news.
