Home Manager - Care HomeSkegness£40,000 per annumGOOD CQCI currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to work for a leading care provider within their reputable nursing home in Skegness.The home provides high quality, person-centred residential and dementia specialist care for 40 residents. They have been rated good by the CQC.As the Home Manager you will support the home's committed and established team in ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service. Essential Home Manager requirements:Experience of running a nursing homeExcellent knowledge of the CQC, health and safety and safeguarding policies, procedures and regulationsStrong leadership and management skillsExperience of performance managementPrevious experience of budgeting and auditsIn return you will receive a generous salary of £40,000 per annum with excellent training, development and internal progression opportunities.Interested?
