A nursing PIN is not but would be an advantage. If you're the perfect person, you believe in: Professionalism i.e. someone who puts their learnings from experience or Level 4/5 Leadership and management into practice. An open-minded, collaborative approach i.e. someone who realises they don't know everything and that the senior leadership team are there to help. Ownership, i.e. someone who will say... yes, I made that decision and this was the outcome and here's what I learned. And you'd rather be somewhere less cut throat, less corporate or less parochial.
