Looking for additional income in support work*Signature Personnel Ltd is currently onboarding new support work candidates to work within homelessness relief provisions across Warrington and the whole of The Liverpool City Region which includes the following areas... Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens, and Wirral.There are a variety of contracts including zero-hour, temporary ongoing, and temp-perm, as well as several shift patterns between the hours of 7am-9pm days and 7pm-8am nights.The roles involve a combination of supporting homeless adults and safeguarding the premises where they reside during an unsettled period of their lives. You will cover reception, dealing with telephone and in person queries, complete welfare checks, and be involved in staff handovers as a minimum requirement. In addition, you will complete 1-1 support plans, risk and needs assessments, and be part of the holistic support network of the client group.The ideal candidate will hold a current Enhanced DBS in relation to adults that is no more than 2 years old. You must be able to provide 2 relatable employer references and evidence your experience in a similar position. The fluent speaking and understanding of English is essential as is the right to work in the UK in a support worker capacity. A valid UK driving licence and own vehicle would be an advantage but is not essential.The rates of pay include £12.00 per hour for day shifts and £13.00 per hour for night shifts. Please note that holiday pay is not rolled up in the hourly rate of pay and therefore any planned holidays taken will be paid days off.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm, Zero hours contractPay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
