Hospitality Manager

£35,000 p/a

Belper, Derbyshire

Bell Cornwall are delighted to be working with a leading UK property management company, who are looking for a Hospitality Manager to work on one of their luxury contracts. A really great opportunity for a hospitality professional looking for a new challenge.

The duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • To be accountable for the client relationship on the Executive sites and the perception of service delivered by the Executive Host Team
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations including ordering supplies, deciding on products, monitoring catering costs and attending supplier meetings
  • Responsible for staff rotas for running both sites appropriate levels and HR line management
  • Responsible for site inductions and training plans for new staff
  • Responsible for collecting and analysing utilisation statistics for site and providing in depth comparison year on year for the client

    • The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Experience in a similar role within a prestigious hospitality setting
  • Experience managing a team or covering management is essential
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and personnel at all levels of the Organisation
  • Adaptable and proactive nature with the ability to react to situations
  • Business savvy with examples of improving efficiency and services
