Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Housing Officer to work with one of our Housing Association clients in London.What the job will be doing * Managing a patch of around 88 properties across three sites. * Overseeing the re-letting of void properties. * Overseeing tenant complaints and ensuring these are recorded according to policy. * Dealing with ASB such as noise complaints and neighbour disputes. * Identifying vulnerable tenants and escalating/signposting as needed to third-party agencies. * Working with third-party agencies who may be supporting vulnerable tenants. We explicitly do not expect them to act in a caring or counselling capacity and should actively signpost safeguarding concerns. * Managing the introductory tenancy process and sign-up. * Performing regular estate inspections. * Reporting repairs to our PT Maintenance & Facilities Manager. * Inputting financial information into the system – invoices and rents. * General office management – clean desk policy and ensuring that documents are scanned and escalated accordingly.
