Are you an experienced in homeless prevention who can give constructive housing advice and provide a service which fulfils the needs of the clients?

My client are offering a Homeless Prevention Officer role to an individual who can tackle housing needs and prevent homelessness in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.

If you are an enthusiastic, focussed individual then this role would be great for you.

Please note, you Must be able to travel to Bedford Once Per Week.

What we a looking for from you:Experience directly interviewing homeless clients under Part 6 and 7 of the Housing Act 2017Working knowledge of carrying out reviews in a busy environment, liaising with external parties when necessaryUp to date knowledge of the Housing Act 1996 and other relevant case laws which would help inform your decision makingWhat are your responsibilities?

Responsible for reviewing decisions made under Part 6 and Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996Provide advice and guidance on how to improve Section 184 decision letters.

If you have previous experience in these areas and keen to develop your knowledge further this is a perfect team for you.
