Housing Services Manager Hourly rate negotiable depending on experience Nottingham12 week contract Sellick Partnership are currently supporting the recruitment of a Housing Services Manager on a temporary basis.

The ideal candidate would be managing tenancy sustainment services for adults in a hostel or community setting.

Responsibilities of the Housing Services Manager include:Lead the team of Tenancy Sustainment Workers, ensuring they are meeting their KPI's and giving our residents all the support they require to achieve positive outcomes, using the homelessness outcome star framework.

Manage the budget for your service area including staffing, equipment, funded projects etc.

Manage the Team Leads and work closely with the Maintenance and Domestic teams to ensure properties are both turned around quickly for new residents but also are maintained to a high standard.

Be pro-active in managing personal charges, housing benefit claims, occupancy, managing periods of voids and working closely with the Assessment teams to identify new suitable tenants.
