HR Advisor in Bath

Job Description

This is a varied role where you will have independence to support delivering HR business advisory services to enable Rotork to achieve the wider Growth+ strategy.

On offer is the chance to have a wide breadth of responsibilities where you will be able to make your own mark on the position.

Reporting to our HR Manager you will work as the HR point of contact for the Bath site for group functions, whilst being part of a wider HR team on a regional and global scale.

In this role you will be involved with employee relations cases and have a wide breadth of responsibilities within this given you will be the HR point of contact for about 200 employees.

You will also get stuck in with advisory services that the HR Manager needs assistance for, coupled with like partnering with the leadership team.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator at all levels, be looking for freedom within their role to make their own mark and has an enthusiastic approach with an attention to detail.

Qualifications

Experience requirements:

• Experience with employee relation matters likes grievances and absence
• Evidence of general corporate HR experience
• Holds CIPD L3 or equivalent experience

• Has an enthusiastic approach with an attention to detail
