This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of dedicated and passionate HR professionals, who have fostered a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Role: HR AdvisorSalary: £28,000 per annum + benefitsLocation: Hybrid working - Cardiff based office (with the expectation to travel to additional sites when required)Full time, permanentAs a HR Advisor, you will work in partnership with a team of HR Advisors to supporting the day to day running of the HR function. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR generalist tasks. Key Responsibilities:Advise line managers and department heads on HR policies and procedures. Manage recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, placing adverts, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection. Proactively manage HR inboxes. Conduct employee meetings for inductions, probationary reviews, flexible working requests, and family leave. Assist in organisation-wide absence management, including reporting and early-stage meetings.Welcome and onboard new recruits. Collate and report management information. Support senior HR team members in grievance or disciplinary procedures.
