This position offers a stimulating environment where you can expand your skills and expertise while contributing to the success of a renowned hospitality establishment.What you will get in your new role * Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 per annum * Company social events * Employee assistance programme * Free leisure/gym membership * Free on-site parking * Internal/company discounts * Referral scheme * Responsibilities in your new role as HR Advisor * Recruitment, background checks and induction. * Managing relationships with staff members and resolving any issues that arise. * Ensuring all employees are treated fairly and promoting a diverse workplace. * Conducting regular performance reviews and managing the appraisal process. * Monitoring and managing staff sickness absence. * Identifying training needs and facilitating development opportunities for staff. * Managing disciplinary and grievance processes in line with company policy. * Conducting exit interviews when employees leave the company. * Ensuring all HR documents are up-to-date.Your personality, experience and qualificationsWe are seeking a successful candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, ideally within the hospitality or hotel sector. While CIPD certification is not required, it would be advantageous.
