About eSift

For over 15 years, we’ve been pioneering agile recruitment solutions that put you in control.

We are the recruitment business that thinks differently, working in partnership with aspiring tech companies and established commercial businesses.

Our journey began in 2008 when businesses focused on two things, developing their in-house capability and reducing their reliance on recruitment agencies to address their anticipated growth once the recession had passed. During this transition period, businesses needed a flexible resource to support this strategy, and eSift was born.

Whether you’re a FTSE 500 company or an SME that’s going places, we have evolved our award-winning Recruitment on Demand service using extensive in-house experience and intelligence to deliver an agile switch on, switch off service that will save you time and money.

To this day, we are proud to have evolved our services to meet the expectations of our clients and gain the recognition of many as a “true recruitment partner”.

With the commitment of a loyal and consistent team of specialist Recruitment Consultants, we have continued to retain many large global corporates and thriving SME clients through our ability to attract, engage and deliver talent.

At eSift we strongly believe in equality, diversity and inclusion, therefore we are proud to be an ambassador for Hidden Disabilities. We recognise that not all disabilities are visible – some are hidden and not immediately obvious, such as learning difficulties, mental health as well as mobility, speech, visual or hearing impairments. Living with a hidden disability can make daily life more demanding for many people, but it can be difficult for others to identify, acknowledge or understand the challenges they face in the workplace.
