HR Advisor in Horsforth

CSG Talent has a great opportunity for an HR Advisor to join our People Team in our Horsforth head office! Covering Maternity leave, this role is initially a 6-month FTC, on a full OR part-time basis, with the view for it to be extended.

The Role of HR Advisor at CSG:

• Providing and supporting management on employee relations
• Creating, implementing, and administrating internal policies
• To identify new ways of improving existing policies and procedures.
• Updating and managing our HR system; HiBob
• Providing advice on employment law for our UK and International offices: Dubai, Florida and Australia
• Working closely with the Head of People to support with day-to-day administrative duties.

About You:

• Worked in an HR professional services environment.
• A strong understanding of employment law in the UK; international exposure would be desirable but not essential.
• Available to start in June 2024
• Experience in working with internal HR platforms.
• Willingness to travel to our other UK offices when required, Leeds, London, and Manchester
• Eager to continue to learn and stay ahead of the ever-changing landscape of HR.
