HR Advisor in Horsforth

CSG Talent has a great opportunity for an HR Advisor to join our People Team in our Horsforth head office! Covering Maternity leave, this role is initially a 6-month FTC, on a full OR part-time basis, with the view for it to be extended.

The Role of HR Advisor at CSG:nProviding and supporting management on employee relationsnCreating, implementing, and administrating internal policiesnTo identify new ways of improving existing policies and procedures.nUpdating and managing our HR system; HiBobnProviding advice on employment law for our UK and International offices: Dubai, Florida and AustralianWorking closely with the Head of People to support with day-to-day administrative duties.

About You:nWorked in an HR professional services environment.nA strong understanding of employment law in the UK; international exposure would be desirable but not essential.nAvailable to start in June 2024nExperience in working with internal HR platforms.nWillingness to travel to our other UK offices when required, Leeds, London, and ManchesternEager to continue to learn and stay ahead of the ever-changing landscape of HR.
