A stand-alone HR Advisor position has arisen to join a manufacturing company based in Stourport-on-Severn. An office-based role, you will be required on-site Monday - Friday on a full-time basis. Working in a stand-alone position where you will be responsible for a site of approximately 100 employees.As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for -Talent acquisition - writing job descriptions, arranging interviews and completing offers and contractsCompleting exit interviews, identifying initiatives to increase employee retentionArranging performance and probationary reviewsCompleting disciplinaries and grievancesReviewing and updating policies and proceduresManaging and monitoring annual leave and absences, including preparation of attendance information for payrollAny general HR administration tasks as requiredIdeally for this HR Advisor role, you will have -CIPD level 3 or higherExperience with talent managementProven experience of improving staff retentionGood organisational skills and an eye for detailPrior experience working in a stand-alone roleExcellent communication skillsOn offer for this HR Advisor position -Working hours of Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm with an early finish on FridaysOffering a salary of £30-35kHealth plan & training schemesIf you are interested in this HR Advisor role, please Apply today.
